On my way trip of Exploring Alpine Countries, I reached Sölden, at the heart of Ötztal which is not only one of Tirol’s most popular tourist resorts but also one of the most renowned ski destinations in the Alps.

It ranks among the best: thanks to the high Alpine altitude between 1350 and 3340 meters, two glaciers and state-of-the-art mountain lift infrastructures plus snow-making systems. Sölden is Austria’s only ski area to have three peaks higher than three thousand meters with spectacular viewing platforms that are easily accessible via mountain lifts – holidays with guaranteed wow moments! This place was always a dream destination for me after seeing Spectre movie in 2015.

I spent 2 days in the small town and captured great moments everywhere but the experience of #007Elements and fine dining lunch in #ICEQ was cherry on ice. Seeing the gadgets of James Bond movies and experiencing it in person was something with is worth to cherish and I have shown in my video. The hospitality, ambiance, location along with the courteousness & taste of Signature Dish of the Chef in Ice Q restaurant are beyond words… Surely, Sölden is expensive place and Ice Q Restaurant as well. But experiencing, it in person is unimaginable encounter of happiness and will recommend heavily to spend 1-2 days in this beautiful glacier town. It is easily accessible by road. The nearest airport is in Innsbruck (85 km), the nearest train station in Ötztal Bahnhof (35 km).
